To successfully apply for a refund:

Take a clear picture of your teeth before using our product

Use our product exactly as instructed

Take a clear picture after the fourteenth treatment

Send an email to info@tryhellosmile.com with your before and after photos

After approval, send the product back to us according to the instructions. You have 14 days from the date of receiving the HelloSmile pen to submit a refund request.

*Please make sure that you have taken before and after photos under similar lighting conditions, as we do not approve refunds if there are drastic differences in lighting. Before and after photos must contain the date they were taken.
